Nordic Panorama Plc is the owner of Vrådal Panorama Skisenter AS and Vrådal Panorama Eiendom AS, two companies involved in the operation and development of an all seasons holiday destination in Telemark, Norway.

Vradal Panorama Eiendom AS and Vradal Panorama Skisenter AS was founded by Petter Johnsen in 1990.
In January 2007 the two companies became part of Nordic Panorama Plc, former Maisha Plc.
Nordic Panorama are delisted.
